What can we put in a christmas gift basket for our boss that is entertaining themed?

We bought our boss this beverage stand for christmas:

and we are filling it with things for entertaining guests at his vacation home since he’s not very good at it.
So far we’re putting in a bottle of wine, crackers, cheese, that kind of thing, a recipe book with our own appetizer recipes. What else can we throw in there? any ideas?

    Chocolate!
    Salami - or other meats that go well with cheese, crackers and wine
    Hard candies
    Nice napkins
    Appetizer plates
    Dips
    Oil with spices and some bread to dip it in
    A fun nonalcoholic drink like a sparkling lemonade or a good root beer
