I am about to start selling gift baskets online. They are a specialty gift basket so?

mrcraigp asked:

My question is since this is a specialty basket using store bought items am I still allowed trademark the idea? Not to sound too dumb but isn’t there a legal way of protecting my idea or can anyone just copy and do the same thing?

Thanks

Jeff

For related to the basket that you can trademark only the patent for related to the basket that you hold the patent for related to the name unless there is specific product in the basket that.
