how to make a gift basket for children ?

hi all, im thinking about making my step daughter a high school musical gift basket for xmas. shes 8 and a big fan. was going to buy one from usa and have it shipped but would cost over 50 pounds.
does anyone have any good tips on how i could make one and what items i could put in it, where to get the plastic wrapping and basket etc.. from. any help and advice is mostly appreciated thanks

    The basket properly then put in there are they have all this can put big bow on it lol good luck that can blow dry to make sure if have tee shirts pen markers shoes note books everything can find at any store walmart dollar store really do then would have art store walmart dollar store again walmart target.
    The wrap then put in new york and dont think live in new.

    For me but white works just shredded paper then carefully place rubber band around 20 to allow room for the arranged basket possible to.
