How long before should I make cookies, cupcakes and brownies for a basket gift?

I’m gonna make some gift baskets for birthday and Easter for the same weekend (april 12th), it will be around 4 baskets with decorated cookies, cupcakes, brownies and candies and I don’t want to make everything on Friday in order to rush with everything. Also I have another job during the day. So, how long could make all of this before without them losing taste or consistence? Can I make them 1 week before?
